Assembly Capabilities |
Leaded or Lead-Free (RoHS compliant) assembly services include fully automated Surface Mount (SMT) board assembly, system assembly, and complex rework capability. Capabilities include micro-BGA, 0201, and two-sided BGA component placement. Interphase has extensive experience with high-density, small form factor SMT work. |
